2. Do you provide customization services for sarees?

Yes, we provide blouse stitching and saree fall-pico services on select products. You can request these services while placing your order. Additional charges may apply.


3. What is the delivery time for orders?

We deliver orders across India within 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link with an AWB number to monitor your shipment's status.


4. Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders across India.


5. What is your return and replacement policy?

We offer a 2-day return policy and a 10-day replacement policy. To file a return or replacement request, customers are required to provide an unboxing video of the product. For more details, please check our Return & Refund Policy.


6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link with an AWB number via email or SMS. You can use this link to track the status of your order.
